Top Reasons For Getting Dentures

• Partial dentures help prevent other teeth from changing position
• Enhances smile and facial tissues
• Improves chewing, speech, and digestion

What are dentures?

Dentures are removable appliances that can effectively replace multiple missing teeth with natural looking results. Vive Dental provides services for both types of dentures – complete removable dentures and partial removable dentures for Redlands and Loma Linda patients. While complete dentures are used when all of the teeth are missing, partial dentures are used to fill in the spaces created by missing teeth, which prevents other teeth from shifting.

What Are My Denture Options At ViVE Dental?

We offer a unique partial denture called Valplast®. It’s made of flexible plastic and is considered to be the most comfortable option for partial dentures. The variety of colors allows for the denture to blend in with the natural tones of the tissues of your mouth. Valplast® is a great choice for patients who desire a top of the line denture that produces the most beautiful, natural looking smile.

Implant-Supported Overdentures
Overdentures are a type of removable, replacement teeth that is supported and attached to implants, as opposed to conventional dentures that rests on the gums. Overdentures offer a number of functional and cosmetic advantages over conventional dentures. The dentures are supported by titanium posts that integrate with the bone, which slows and sometimes halts bone loss. This has the additional benefit of retaining facial features and structure. A stable and secure fit is created because the denture is supported by the implant. Not only is the fit more comfortable, but patients don’t have to worry about the implant becoming loose or falling out. Furthermore, because it is so secure, most foods can thoroughly chewed and eaten.

COVID-19 Update

Dear Patient,

We have been closely monitoring the COVID-19 situation from the various state and federal entities. In light of the most recent recommendations, Vive Dental has made the very difficult decision to close our operations till April 6th. Please allow us time to contact you if you had an appointment scheduled over the next couple of weeks in order to change your appointment time.

While we have never been through anything like this before, we are committed to moving forward with positivity and hope that “this too shall pass.” Keep smiling, stay positive and show kindness to one another as we navigate this storm together.

Thank you so much for your understanding and let's fight the COVID-19 together!
